To our dearest guests, please note that when you purchase and/or participate in an event by Harbour Secrets Ltd., it is understood that you accept the following Terms and Conditions. Do take the time to read them as we greatly respect your privacy and ours.

Event Photo Release Agreement

With regards to photographs taken by representatives of Harbour Secrets Limited at events organised by Harbour Secrets Limited or to the photos shared by clients of Harbour Secrets Limited.

Please be aware that by participating in events (herein referred to as ‘The Event’) organised by Harbour Secrets Limited (herein referred to as 'The Company') you (herein referred to as 'The Client') consent to the following:

  • The Client permits The Company and its authorised representatives to photograph and/or film The Client's participation at The Company's events.

  • The Client assigns full copyright of all photography and film produced by The Company to The Company, in addition to the right to reproduction of said recorded media (wholly or in part).

  • The Client agrees that any and all media produced by The Company and its authorised representatives may be used, in any form, manner or medium, as advertisement for The Company's products and other business related promotional purposes.

  • The Client agrees that such use of The Company's media shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit nor other compensation toward The Client and/or other parties.

  • The Client agrees and consents that this electronic version of The Company's Release Form upholds the equivalent legal force and effect as a written contract, and that this electronic Release Form satisfies any laws that require a writing or signature.

Privacy Policy

Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: first name, last name, email address, Cookies and Usage Data.

The Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Cookies and Usage Data, collected automatically when using this website. The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Contacting the User and Analytics. Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the service required by the User.

By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorises this Application to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header.

By filling in the contact form or by participating in Harbour Secrets Limited event, you permit to add your email address to the list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning this  website.

Harbour Secrets Ltd processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure or modification of the Data.


Event Cancellation, Date Change and Refund Policy

The Client reserves the right to cancel The Event and receive a 100% refund of the deposit if the written cancellation is made within no less then 14 days  prior to the agreed date of The Client’s event. The full amount of the deposit will be charged if The Client cancels The Event 14 days before the agreed event date.

The Client may change the date of The Event no less then 7 days prior to the agreed date, but The Company reserves the right to amend the final cost of The Event and suggested event content, number of actors and other event details provided by The Company. If a price difference is incurred, The Company will inform The Client and amend the invoice amount accordingly.

The Company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel The Client’s booking due to circumstances outside of The Company’s control. The Company shall have no liability for losses or costs which The Client may incur due to such cancellation of The Event, but The Company shall refund The Client’s booking payment in full and as soon as possible.


Copyright and NDA

All content included on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of  The Company and its content suppliers. All content produced by The Company and its content suppliers is protected by international copyright laws.

IN CONSIDERATION OF The Company disclosing confidential information relating to story and event content titled Harbour Secrets Murder Mystery: The World of Suzie Wong, Harbour Secrets: Hong Kong Hustle, Harbour Secrets: Cityscape (‘The Work’) to you (‘The Client’), The Client acknowledges that:

1. The Company is the owner of the copyright and all other rights of ownership in The Work.

2. ALL confidential information relating to The Work (including but not limited to the scripts, concepts, trade secrets, marketing and know-how) disclosed by The Company and all notes on and copies of The Work made by The Client (herein referred to as ‘The Confidential Information’) is confidential information of The Company.

3. THE Confidential Information:

  1. may be used solely for the purpose of assessing the scripts and projects by The Client and advising The Company thereon;

  2. must be kept confidential;

  3. and may not be disclosed by The Client to any other persons, unless written permission has been provided to The Client by The Company.

4. THE Client:

  1. must return The Confidential Information to The Company immediately upon request;

  2. acknowledges that this Agreement does not create or transfer any interest in The Confidential Information or any right in any intellectual property;

  3. acknowledges that The Client does not have any rights to copy, modify, nor create a derivative work from The Work;

  4. acknowledges that the use of The Work indicates the acceptance and comprehension of the terms and conditions of this Agreement;

  5. acknowledges that this Agreement in electronic form upholds the equivalent legal force and effect as a written contract with The Client's written signature, and that this Electronic Form satisfies any laws that require a writing or signature.


This Electronic Agreement is governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right, at The Company’s discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from these policies at any time.
